Founded by Julie Bromilow and Michael Bromilow, Liderazgo was born from the vision to bridge the gap in skills development by offering innovative, high-quality training solutions.
Liderazgo is accredited by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) to SAQA QUAL ID: 93793 (Credits 130, NQF LVL 1), ensuring our courses meet rigorous national standards. Our comprehensive range of programmes are aligned with unit standards from leading bodies including the Service SETA (3883), the Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA) (TETA13-327), the Education, Training and Development Practices SETA (ETDP) (ETDPS011598), the Department of Transport (DOT) (Approval Nr PrDP(D)2013/116), and the Department of Labour (DOL) for Forklift and First Aid (Certificate Nr CI 443/3/12/1).
Julie Bromilow, co-founder and Finance and HR Director, brings extensive expertise in HR Management, finance, and team development. Her international experience ensures that Liderazgo remains at the forefront of skills development, continuously enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Michael Bromilow, co-founder, is a graduate of the University of Cranfield and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As a specialist in Personal and Organizational Development, Michael has led transformative initiatives in blue-chip organizations across South Africa and Europe. His vision for Liderazgo is rooted in nurturing skills and maximizing individual potential.
